Once your monthly fees are determined you always pay a month in advance for the next months services. For example: If your services start in September then you would have to pay for those services before August 15.  Fees are paid in advance of service and are always due on the 15th of the proceeding month.  If that date falls on a weekend or a holiday, payment is due the next business day.  For example the 15th falls on a Saturday, payment is due on the 17th of that month.  This ONLY applies where the 15th does not fall on a regular business day.
